Exclusively gay. Run by gays, for gays!

 

We are proud to be the UK's only gay bootcamp. Most of us (whether straight, gay or anything inbetween) are conscious of our body image, but we know that the gay scene can put added pressure to look a certain way! 

 

Gay boot camp is not about conforming to how others think you should look, but getting you fitter, healthier and improving your OWN perception of how you look. Don't get us wrong you will see big improvements with your vital stats too, but by the end of your time with us we know you'll feel refreshed, energised and motivated to keep heading towards your goals. We'll also provide a unique post-bootcamp service to help you keep on track and to achieving your goals or maintaining your desired body.

 

GINGERBEER Bootcamp was established in 2012 by two gay guys wanting to help other LGBT people get fitter, healthier and looking good! We uniquely know the pressures of being gay and sought to create an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment where you felt comfortable working out and being you alongside other similar people. 

 

So whether you fancy time in beautiful Devon or sunnier climes in Sitges, Spain, our boot camps will kick start your new fitness regime to work towards the body that you deserve!

WEIGHT LOSS TIP
 

To help you eat smaller portions drink a glass of water before each meal. This will sit in your stomach and make you feel full quicker so you don't keep piling in the calories!

MUSCLE GAIN TIP
 

Instead of sticking to three square meals a day try eating 5 or even 6. Make each meal a bit smaller than usual and include a higher percentage of good quality protein than you normally would.
