Matt conducts the health checks such as measuring your cholesterol level and blood pressure. He also gives the health workshops to ensure you know what it means to be healthy! Favourite activity: Dodgeball
Paul is a chief organiser from prepping dinner with the chef to washing the sweaty and muddy work out gear. Paul works tirelessly to ensure the bootcamp runs smoothly. Favourite Activity: Aqua Workouts
Chris is our Sitges PT. Originally from San Francisco and now in Barcelona he loves to work out in the sun! Favourite Activity: Cross Fit
Tom is our UK Residential PT. His creative workouts mean you will never get bored but you won't half be puffing by the end of it. Favourite Activity: Kettle Bells
Sam is our assistant Personal Trainer who helps out when we have really large groups. He knows how to pull a tyre or two. Favourite Activity: Tyre Runs
