DAY BOOTCAMPS

Our day bootcamps are an exicting new way to get you fit and keep you fit. 

 

We roll into town like the circus every 4 weeks or so. We hold our bootcamp from 10 am to 5 pm with a tasty nutrtious lunch provided in the middle of the day.

 

The mix of activities helps to keep the day fun and varied with classes ranging from high impact, intense exercise, sports & games such as dodgeball and british bulldog, to more relaxing, lower intensity workouts.

 

Choose to come for a morning or afternoon session or if you really want to go for it - the whole day! Then come back in a few weekends time when we return to do it all again.

 

We will start running our Day Bootcamps from Spring 2014 in central London with the aim to roll the programme out to Brighton and Manchester soon after.
