Residential Bootcamps

Our residential bootcamps offer you the chance to get away and really focus on your health and fitness. Whether you choose a long weekend (Friday to Sunday) or entire week (Friday to Friday) we will prime you with all the information you need to carry on your healthy living regime once back home. 

 

​We only pick the best accommodation in the best locations. Expect a stunning relaxing villa in Spain or a modern barn conversaion in Devon. Various rooms types are available from private doubles to shared rooms. We will always have a private pool to use meaning we can extend our list of activities keeping things fun and varied for you.

 

​Whilst you are with us expect plenty of workouts with our live-in Personal Trainer. Group activities are at the forefront of your fitness workouts but are varied in that they could be inside, outside, in the pool or take the form of some good old classic games such as British Bulldog or dodgeball. We have lots of fitness equipment too from kettle bells to gym balls! Whatever the workout we guanrantee you will enjoy yourself and even think that exercise is FUN!

 

We cater for all fitness levels from those that haven't done any form of exercise since PE at school to those that regularly visit the gym. Our PT will tailor the exercises to your ability so that you can still work out in a group but at your own level.

 

 

 

At the begining and end of your bootcamp you will have a health check up by our resident Medical Biochemist, Matt. We'll measure your blood pressure, cholesterol level, fasting glucose level and body composition and hopefully show you the improvements you can gain from a healthy lifestyle.

 

To complement the health checks we also run health workshops taking the form of interactive lectures to educate about the things measured in your health check. Discover what exactly is cholesterol, found out the best blood pressure to have and understand how belly fat can cause cancer and heart disease. By educating you we are hoping that it will serve to motivate you to keep up the healthy lifestyle.

 

Wholesome, homemade meals are served three times a day with snacks throughout the day to keep your energy levels topped up. We have specially selected recipes and foods that are nutritionaly packed and therefore good for you. We've turned even the fussiest of eaters around with some of our dishes and snacks!

Thats not all... because we know how hard you are going to work we will provide you with a massage therapist to help soothe those aching muscles!

 

​In summary, what you get on a residential bootcamp is an all-inclusive fitness holiday from experts in health and fitness. Your accommodation, food and drink, health check up, massages and workshops are all included in the price. It is an excellent way to get you motivated and improving your fitness whatever level it may be.
